6. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
All sales are final for Paper Pigskins™ paper footballs, and returns are not accepted for those products.
A refund may be requested within 30 days of purchase for an incorrect or damaged Paper Pigskins™ product with proof of purchase and proof of damage.
Returns and refunds for Game Table and merchandise items may be requested within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase and proof of damage, subject to our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, photographs, illustrations, graphics, product designs, logos, trademarks, and other original materials, belongs to paper football or its respective owners and licensors.
