If we are unable to ship an order within the stated timeframe, or within 30 days when no shipping timeframe has been provided, we will notify you and provide options consistent with applicable law, including cancellation and a full refund.

Returns and Refunds
Paper Pigskins™ paper footballs
All sales are final for Paper Pigskins™ paper footballs. We do not accept returns.
A refund may be requested within 30 days of purchase if you receive an incorrect or damaged Paper Pigskins™ paper football. Requests must include proof of purchase and proof of the damage or incorrect item.
Game Tables and Merchandise
Returns and refunds may be requested for Game Table and merchandise items within 30 days of purchase. Requests must include proof of purchase and proof of damage.
How to Request a Refund or Return
To request a refund or return, please contact support@paperfootball.com within the applicable 30-day period.
Include the following information:
- Your order number.
- Your name and email address associated with the order.
- A brief description of the incorrect item or damage.
- Proof of purchase and photographs or other proof of the damage, if applicable.
Our team will review your request and confirm whether it qualifies under this policy.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. The time required for funds to appear in your account depends on your financial institution or payment provider.
Non-Eligible Claims
This policy does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear from regular use.
- Accidental damage occurring after delivery.
- Damage resulting from misuse or improper handling.
- Changes of mind or personal preferences.
- Paper Pigskins™ paper football returns.
These exclusions do not affect any rights provided by applicable law.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong product or discover that an item is missing from your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the issue.
